The Fast Sale process typically starts with the submission of your postcode and details through our website. Alternatively you are welcome to telephone our offices should you wish.
Once we have received your details and are aware that you wish to sell your property, we will undertake some initial desktop research and contact you within 24 hours of your enquiry to discuss the process and make you a cash offer for your property.
Once the property inspection is completed, we formalise your offer and appoint solicitors to commence the conveyancing process. If you use one of the solicitors provided by us then we will cover all of your legal fees. If you wish to instruct your own solicitor then we will pay £600 (inc VAT) towards their fees.
If you need money quickly, we do have a facility whereby we can release some of the money to you at this stage with the balance being paid once the sale goes through. If this is of interest to you then please ask us for further details.
With solicitors instructed, we work to achieving your stated timescale for the house sale to complete. During this time you will be assigned a Sales Progressor who will keep you updated as to progress.
We aim to exchange and complete on the dates requested by you. Upon exchange the sale becomes binding upon both parties and on the completion date the monies will be transferred to your solicitor thereby concluding the sale.
